There's a lot of conscious confusion "going around" these days, so I thought I would share the following from my most recent newsletter. If you've been feeling this way, you're in really good company! It's part of the shift in consciousness we're all experiencing, and I think it's a good thing :-)
What I call "conscious confusion," Zen Master, Osho, calls "no-thingness," that fertile place where we feel no toe-hold, see no light, and experience disorientation. As uncomfortable as this can be, it’s the place from which all things are possible, if only we may honor our journey, go into the darkness, and await, ever so patiently, the cosmic clarity that's but a breath away. When we hold this space, our lives are bound to change. As needed, engage a trusted friend, coach, or counselor in your process, while holding faith that the place you arrive will set you more firmly on your evolutionary path. Old dreams may make way for grander ones. We may gain insight that our current life patterns need cleansing and repair. We may sense a discord between our heart- and intellectual-wisdom, and the reconciliation will allow for a clearer path to follow. Breathe… and allow for much needed changes to emerge.

Comment by Jacquie Chandler on April 20, 2011 at 9:24pm we are water
its easy to forget,
we need to flow freely... and yet,
we are taught to hord and dam when fear sets in
and only when I lose can someone else win
to manage for abundance is native at our core
it keeps our water fresh and clean to flow forever more
