Blog Ideas

Hello and welcome to the Blog Section.

Purpose: to inspire each other and to encourage action and face-to-face connections in our local, Northern Nevada community.   Your post can:

• inspire and uplift 
• demonstrate alignment with the principles and virtues of building Conscious Community
• help others to connect to networks that they are not already part.
• lead to greater community self-reliance
• help to overcome barriers and bring existing efforts together

This is a place to share inspirational stories, practical tools and experiences that encourage bringing our community together.   Blogs are for sharing your experiences and we encourage you to make comments.   Blogs are not a place to promote your business even though it is probably wonderful.  Blogs are not a place to debate your political or religious beliefs.  But, we certianly want you to share how your spiritual understanding/practices helps you live the common principles and virtues that we have in common.

Blogs are different than the discussion or forum section.  The discussion or forum section is where you post an item you want to discuss in a multi-way conversation.

SHARE---a story that has inspired you.  Example.  Another Example.

SHARE---an experience of a current community project.   Or, an idea that you might have in mind.  Why are you passionate about it?.  Lead the readers toward action---make a behavior change; attend your or others' events in the community; help connect the reader to a person, a local group, or an effort.  Example

SHARE---how you have applied universal principles in action.   How you have overcome judgmental awareness in your dealings with others; practiced forgiveness and kindness; loved with conscious awareness; were patient; being of service to all; living with trust and faith; hope; respect; and many others.  Share your own inspiring experiences from your daily life and in your community projects. Example.

SHARE---your enthusiasm for a new project idea and also some of your successes on current projects.  Example

SHARE---your thoughts about how we can build a Conscious Community here in Northern Nevada and the world.  Example.  How would you like to see this happen?
