We have recently completed a nice studio space for a room mate.  It is private and roomy and we would love to have a like minded person to share our space.  The studio is complete with kitchen and bath and has great lighting.  It is new and fresh and awaiting you.  We have an organic garden, apple orchard, free range chickens and turkeys, lots of space and great neighbors.  The space includes all utilities including cable TV and wireless internet.  It is a lovely country setting, lots of trees, peaceful and quiet, in south Reno.  It is suitable for one employed person with no pets.  It can be furnished if you like.
